DAY THREE: 21 Day Nutrition Challenge

 21 Day Nutrition Challenge
Mine Challenge is C: Super Vegetable Challenge

Friends who do challenges together get - detox symptoms, irritable, angered, stressed, tired, exhausted, fatigued, but also excited, charged, accomplished, and free together!  

Keeping on track with any challenge is to identify the WHY behind it, (which you should have done on day one) but it helps when you can actually see it!  Scratch it down on a post-it, paper, napkin, etc. and put it in a place you WILL see it...especially when those moments of 'temptation' come creeping in!

Here's the Nutrition Line Up for today:
Breakfast: old fashioned oats, almond milk, coffee, half and half
Snack: banana, protein drink; premier nutrition vanilla (it's a lifting day)
Lunch: power salad: kale & spinach, baby carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, almonds, hard boiled egg, red onions, with a green apple.
Snack: homemade granola and Choboni Greek yogurt, with blueberries
Dinner: (If not too windy) grilled fish & chicken shish-ka-bobs with onions, tomatoes, red & green peppers with brown rice. Side of grilled broccoli and corn.
Snack; cottage cheese

God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, 
but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, 
that you may be able to endure it.
