My New Book - I Can't Wait to Share It!

My newest book just went live on online and kindle this month:

Arm Yourself for Fit & Faithful Living

How God Seeking Women Should Equip Themselves for True Health

Available Amazon & Barnes & Noble

There is always a story behind an author's intentions for writing a book, mine is no different.

As a personal trainer and wellness coach, I've experienced my share of training women. One thing I've found is no two women are alike. We are all uniquely made in God's image, however we still struggle with similar issues concerning our health, and it's not all about food or the gym.

Have you ever considered there was more to achieving your health goals than just a rock solid diet or exercise plan?  Conquer these two avenues and go deeper in the trenches to tackle personal comparisons, insecurities, and mental struggles that thwart the very health goals you set out to accomplish. In this 14-week Christ-centered whole health journey, you will discover:

  • How to arm yourself against internal health battles
  • How connected your spiritual life is to your health
  • How to stop jealousy or emotional merry-go-rounds
  • How to be successful in planning meals and exercise
  • How friendships can flourish instead of flounder

Ladies, this is all for you!  Meet weekly with a girlfriend or small accountability group to focus on your weekly health challenges and assignments. Together you’ll achieve a fully equipped life by applying principles from the Armor of God related to physical, emotional, social, mental, and spiritual health.

All women have some type of struggle, and we all know it—if we we want to be honest. That's what this book is going to ask you to do, be honest. But, this is the best way to get set free from bad hindrances and habits with your health.

It might be in your social circles, emotional warehouses, spiritual health, mental self image, stresses, or in your general self worth.

We live in a spiritually fallen world, one with sin and decay and free-will, which means there are going to be problems and no woman is exempt. No woman is super in nature to be immune to sin and its consequences. The Bible  is pretty clear about this.

This should give us ALL hope that we don't have to be perfect. We don't all have to have it together and be something or someone we are not. We are FREE to be who God created us to be!

Grab a girlfriend or up to 3 of them and learn how to arm yourself with HIS tools and armor together. Be accountable and be amazing.

Live life like He intended you to.
